My client, a well-established Main Dealer group with prestige sites across the South-East is looking for a talented individualto join their marketing team in Norwich as a CRM and Data Specialist. You will need expert knowledge of Excel along with experience in email marketing, GDPR, data quality and business reporting. This role is also accessible to you if you have some of the requiredskills and want to push your career forward.   • Data protection & GDPR standards upheld
  • Regular / daily reporting from our various digital spaces
  • Keep our systems up to date and refreshed with data for communications for all of our brands
  • Work with our manufacturers to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to
  • Deliver training and support with brand new CRM system roll out
Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel Knowledge & Experience
  • PowerQuery, Data Modelling, Xlookup, Vlookup, Nested Formulas
  • Full CRM & Data Management
  • You have managed complex, multi-faceted systems previously.
  • Previous experience with CRM Lifestyle management, including full end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Advanced Data Segmentation
  • CRM Marketing Automation experience. (Klaviyo, Hubspot, Shopify)
  • Previous Data Protection Officer Experience
  • Ability to work within deadlines and brand guidelines.
  • Excellent Communication. Internal and External.
Salary and Benefits
