Job Description

Atkinson Moss are delighted to be working alongside their ward winning client who provide a lifesaving service across the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, in recruiting a permanent Credit Control Executive.Successful candidates will have a genuine desire to help people, confident communication skills, good basic IT skills and a great work ethic. In return you can expect a modern, friendly and professional working environment, full training and the abilityto increase your annual salary from £20,319 with monthly performance bonus’.Role Responsibilities:

  • Preferred experience working in a credit control-based role but will look at candidates with good customer service skills.
  • Good standards of literacy and numeracy
  • Adequate typing and IT skills
  • A track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets and KPIs.
  • A team player with a positive outlook especially when under pressure
  • GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A-C or levels 4-9)
