If so, then our new roles may be just for you!Our Public Sector client based in Norwich are seeking candidates with customer service and admin experience to join their team on a full-time, hybrid, temporary basis until March 2023!The role is predominantly working from home, however you would need to attend the office once every 3 weeks on a Thursday.The vacancy is due to start on 01/12/22 and is 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday. The rate of pay is £11.28 an hour.The role will be mainly attending court hearings via teams where you will need to monitor the court proceedings. You would need to have the confidence to be able to interrupt the Court should it be required. During times when there are no court sessions you will be completing administration work.Job details:Attending Court proceedings via TeamsFacilitating hearingsProducing accurate outcome notifications for Court Users at each stage of the processMonitoring attendance on office rotasGeneral administrationMaintaining and updating databasesProcessing customer enquiries via email, face to face and by telephoneThe successful applicant will need working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel Outlook and MSTeams with a previous background in Administration and Customer serviceThere will be no direct interview with the client as Brook Street will complete the necessary checks and will be completing the paperwork before you can commence. Successful applicants will need an in-date, valid passport, two proof of addresses and a proofof National Insurance. We will also need to complete three years of references and a Basic DBS check.Please note, if you have not been contacted within 10 days you have not been successful to the next stage
