The appointed Immigration Solicitor will be given the scope and autonomy to furtherdevelop this department, along with running their own caseload comprising of high-quality matters. The firm are looking for someone who can lead and develop the business immigration offerings and receive support from the wider employment team across the firmsoffices. Typically, you will be expected to business develop and network within the local area as well as provide advice on all types of immigration matters to clients including providing full sponsorship licence support and guidance to clients, carrying ourvisa applications as well as challenging immigration enforcement action.
