Job Description

Are you working in audit, have qualified, and now looking to develop further your commercial and business partnering skillsReed Practice East Anglia have an exciting opportunity within our client, a multi-awarding winning, Top UK firm for a first-time mover from Audit to join their exceptionally successful Corporate Finance team.The firm offer the UKs only strategy-led finance advisory service, and in this role, youll learn the ropes of Corporate Finance primarily undertaking financial due diligence work for deals up to £50m, with a mix of corporate, private equity and capitalmarket transactions.Due the number of deals coming in and the growth of the portfolio, there will be ample opportunity to develop more quickly into an advisory role than any other firm.You will

  • Support Senior members of the team Prepare financial due diligence reports, Information Memoranda, and valuation reports, financial models, Information Memoranda, buy-side target and sell-side buyer research, valuation reports and financial models.
  • Analyse financial statements, management information and deal documentation for the preparation of due diligence reports and sales documents.
  • Review clients financial models, benchmarking operating assumptions to historical data and commenting on the suitability of the underlying assumptions.
  • Project management of M&A processes.
  • Preparemarket research to support the valuation of companies, including comparable company analysis, discounted cash flow analysis and market analysis
