You’ll needto demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and an ability to unite various functions into a cohesive and effective team.Key Experience:

  • Strong background in contract management
  • Educated to at least HNC/HND level in Building Studies or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental legislation.
  • Skilled in risk management, monitoring construction progress, and maintaining high standards.
  • Experience in various sectors, including educational, healthcare, leisure and residential schemes valued over £5m
