Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Content Specialist has become available to join an international leisure company as they break into the UK market. Leading on all UK content & supporting the overall marketing function, your role is pivotalin the execution of the content strategy & the continuous improvement of content output. Your key focus will be on creative content writing for new & existing UK branches.Joining at a pivotal point in time, your creative mind & passion for writing will support the growth & development of the company. You will thrive in the fast-paced environment & be joining an energetic & passionate team, based in Norwich city centre. Thisopportunity includes international travel on a quarterly basis.Duties to include:

  • Creating & maintaining content on the company website, app & external partner sites.
  • Effectively executing content strategy & meeting company requirements.
  • Optimising content to contribute to the customer experience through to conversion.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to test & launch new content & developments.
  • Travelling to other branches, within the UK & internationally, to represent your branch & capture content.
  • Continuously improving & developing content based on data analytics.
  • Developing & supply content for external stakeholder communications.
You will have/be:
  • Previous experience in content creation & management.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English language, including spelling, grammar & punctuation.
  • An understanding of SEO & CMS.
  • A self-motivator & team player.
  • A quality-focused & result-oriented approach.

This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
