Communications Manager - Highways InfrastructureNorfolk£55,000 per annum + Car or car allowance & Fantastic Benefits PackageDo you have the ability to lead Relationship Management on this exciting £multi-million project with external stakeholdersThe CompanyThis exhilarating organisation are a principal contractor that have been established for over a century. As they continue to grow, they are keen to engage with experienced Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Managers to join their Highways business.The RoleAsthe Communications Manager you will lead the engagement between the highways project and external stakeholders including members of the public and the local community affected by the construction of the scheme. You will implement Scheme Customer & Stakeholder Plans including the Customer & Stakeholder tracker, stakeholder analysis plus engagement & action plans for developing those relationships. You will carry out engagement initiatives within the community, local authorities and specialist bodies as well as coordinate, design and produce customer literature (brochures, letters) for all public and stakeholder communications. But above all you will be safety conscious and put Safety above all else, recognising the company’s first priority is that of the safety of our people and those affected by our work.About YouBeing an experienced Communications professional, with a background in Highway schemes. You will have a proven experience in building alliances inside and outside of the business to meet strategic objectives and be able to showcase your ability in developing communication collateral including social media activities.
