Cognitive Behavioural TherapistHomebasedSalary: £40,000 to £46,000We are currently recruiting for a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) for our client.As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, you will provide clinical assessments and treatment to patients with common mental health conditions following NICE guidanceKEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess and deliver, under supervision, outcome focused, evidence-based interventions topatients experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. To deliver treatment to patients experiencing mild/moderate mental health difficulties. To deliver a range of support for evidence-based treatments, including telephone, media or typed. Undertake accurate assessment of risk to self and others, in doing so to correctly manage and escalate any identified risk. Through supervision and case management to escalate cases where the level of need becomes beyond the scope of your role or more severe in presentation. Adhere to the service referral protocols. Under supervision signpost unsuitable referrals to the relevant service as necessary.Education and Qualifications: Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist Minimum 3-years Mental Health experience through both virtual and face to face treatment and assessment Full BABCP accreditation Evidence of continuing professional development Experience & Knowledge: Experience in the Corporate Market Experience of the Occupational Health and Healthcare Insurance Markets Previous experience working in public and private healthcare Computer literate with good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Benefits:
