Job Description

Clinical Team AdministratorLocation: NorwichParking: Not SpecifiedJob Type: TemporaryDuration of booking: Expected to last up to three months with possible extensionProposed start date: ASAPSector: HealthcareBase: Hospital Band: 3Pay Rates: £10.69 to £11.50 paye inclusive per hourWorking Days and Hours: Up to 37.5hrs per week, Full timeJob Summary Supporting the Child and Family existing Admin Teams to ensure adequate cover available for office and clinical staffing. Covering Reception when required with telephones and booking in Service Users, attending team meetings, typing up of notes, inputtingon to our EPR.Duties

  • Acceptance of new referrals
  • Allocations or other recording as dictated by the team
  • Reviewing any data issues as needs arise
  • Other queries by the clinical teams and service users (will include use of office telephone)
  • Weekly MDTs including all minutes
  • Support with letters for LD clinicians going to GP/families/service user/other agencies, along with sending out YSYS feedback forms
Skills
  • Administration
  • Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Telephone Manner
  • Preferable - Lorenzo experience
