Job Description

We have temporary placement opportunity for Clinical Team Administrator in Admin at 80 St. Stephens of Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of specialist services that are dedicated to the care and recovery of anyone experiencing mental ill health or substance misuse issues across Norfolk and north Suffolk. Around 14,000 people receivecare from the Trust.We offer community, inpatient, outpatient, residential, domiciliary and day services. Our dedicated specialist teams work closely with patients, their careers, families, and other organisations to put together a plan of care for individual needs.Clinical Support Team AdministratorPay Rate: Band 3, £11.14 per hour Location: Admin,80 St. Stephens, Norwich, NR1 3REDuration: Starting ASAP and up to 12 weeks (Subject to review)Working Pattern: Full time, Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm ROLE SUMMARY

  • Provide secretarial / administrative support to the team in order that they can provide an efficient service to all customers.
  • Respond to the administrative needs of the service to ensure that the requirements of the organisation are met.
  • Supervise lower banded staff
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide accurate, prompt, and efficient secretarial/administrative support to the clinical multidisciplinary team which may include spreadsheets and reports.
  • Use electronic systems to input and access information as required by the clinical multidisciplinary team.
  • Deal with correspondence and communication liaising, prioritising and co-ordinating with the clinical team.
  • Deal with telephone calls and general enquiries and maintain an efficient message system coordinating with team members.
  • Participate in ongoing audits and service development as directed by Line Manager.
  • Assist the Business Support Manager in relation to developing policies and procedures.
  • Maintain own professional development portfolio and participate in appropriate training programmes and ensuring annual attendance for mandatory training.
  • Liaise with maintenance departments as delegated by line manager regarding buildings and general maintenance.
  • Liaise with IT departments as delegated by line manager regarding problems / faults with electronic equipment etc.
Experience required:
  • Word Excel Minute taking Copy typing Audio typing
  • Data inputting Customer service - face to face and telephone
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage workload
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic Lorenzo knowledge
  • Attention to detail
