Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Clinical Lead for our county-wide Childrens Short Breaks Team. At NCH&C, our short breaks service offers planned breaks of nursing care and support to children and young people with complex needs and disabilities, both in the family home and in Squirrels, our residential unit based in Aylsham. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can demonstrate creativity and innovation in their practice to ensure quality individualised care to our local children and young people. The successful candidate will offer leadership and management support to the Childrens short breaks teams ensuring the development and delivery of effective quality services that will improve outcomes for this client group.This role will be based in the community setting (base to be confirmed in conjunction with the post holder) as part of an integrated team with a child / young person and family focus. There will be a need to work some shifts in the clinical environment of the residential unit.
