Job Description

Rthirteen are working in collaboration with a fantastic digital agency in their search for a Client Services Manager join their team in Norwich City Centre. Within this role you will work on several projects at one time, managing client relationships to ensure a high standard of service is delivered. First impressions are key, andthis role will play an important part in building long term relationships by guiding and supporting clients.For this role, the ideal candidate will be someone with exceptional communication skills who is highly organised and can keep calm under pressure. The business nurtures and invests in talent to ensure that great people can build their career with them.Duties to include:

  • Developing and maintaining working relationships with new & existing clients.
  • Providing support to client via email, telephone, video conference and face-to-face.
  • Managing and prioritising your time across your accounts to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for client questions and requests.
  • Developing and submitting pitches, proposals and tenders.
  • Quoting and booking in jobs.
  • Planning project delivery and creating schedules to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
  • Managing job budgets, logistics planning and costing.
You will have/be
  • Previous experience in a client facing role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Confident, pro-active, hardworking and highly professional individual.
  • Good team player, with positive attitude and eagerness to get involved.
  • Flexibility - able to deal with different levels of workload, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Willing to learn new skills and tools.
  • Works to a high standard and always strives to improve.
  • Logical, analytical and creative.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
