Job Description

Reed are working with a very established and growing organisation based West of Norwich, recruiting for the position ofClient Account Managerto join a friendly team on a full time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm.This successful organisation works with lots of exciting clients across a range of industries, from start ups to international brands, offering a tailored service to each client.In the role, you will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Advisor, managing and developing key relationships with your business clients, understanding their individual needs, keeping in touch via phone and email, forecastingdemand, and being on hand for their requirements whilst providing an excellent service.Dealing with daily administrative tasks, problem solving and dealing with enquiries.Liaising with teams across the wider business to ensure client needs are met, ensuring all parties are kept updated with changes and any potential issues.You will be trained to create proposals for new business clients, understanding their needs and becoming theirpoint of contact throughout the client journey, playing an integral role in the business and it’s growth.Collating feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvementThis role offers career progression opportunities,and scope in future to attend events and exhibitions.The Candidate

  • This is a great opportunity for a commercially astute, client focused and enthusiastic individual to utilise their excellent customer service skills and develop in a growing organisation.
  • At least 3 years experience in a customer focused role, preferably B2B, with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Great use of initiative and problem solving ability.

Package
  • Salary of £26,000-£30,000 (negotiable dependant on experience)
