Children’s Participation WorkerOrmiston FamiliesThis is a permanent, full-time position of 35 hours per weekStarting salary is £24,047 per annumBased at our Norwich Hub and in the community around Norfolk and WaveneyOrmiston Families Mental Health Service are excited to offer the opportunity to apply for a Children’s Participation Worker to join our team.Mental Health Services are being redesigned to place children and young people at their very heart. Their input has been an integral part of the Norfolk & Waveney Mental Health Transformation process. Children and young people have shared their hopes, concerns and experiences, working alongside professionals to ensure change happens in an informed and relevant way.To ensure that this involvement from children and young people in sustained and built upon, MAP is overseeing the delivery of a new Youth Participation Programme for Children and Young People’s Mental Health Services and Ormiston Families has been selected to support this work through working in partnership to focus on children’s involvement in participation and as such we are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join this new team.The Norfolk & Waveney CYP mental health system is committed to recruiting and investing in high quality candidates for these posts.
