This servant-hearted individual will inspire others with their passion, commitment and drive to fight for social justice and inclusion.You will have a demonstrable track record of successful strategic and operational leadership with experience of managing multi-million-pound budgets. You will have experience in change management and organisational development and will be able to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of services. You will understand how to develop opportunities across grants, contracts, fundraising and other income streams to maximise revenue to ensure long-term sustainability.
