This servant-hearted individual will inspire others with their passion, commitment and drive to fight for social justice and inclusion.You will have a demonstrable track record of successful strategic and operational leadership with experience of managing multi-million-pound budgets. You will have experience in change management and organisational development and will be able to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of services. You will understand how to develop opportunities across grants, contracts, fundraising and other income streams to maximise revenue to ensure long-term sustainability. It is essential that you have an active personal commitment to the Christian faith and will be a confident communicator to engage with the local Christian community.It would be desirable if you also brought knowledge of the regulatory frameworks of the Regulator of Social Housing, Charity Commission and OFSTED.The appointment is subject to a satisfactory DBS check and references, and evidence of right to reside and work in the UK.Genuine Occupational RequirementThis role is a strategic leadership position in YMCA Norfolk, a charity committed to delivering Christian faith-based charitable objects based on the Paris Basis of 1855.
