Do you want to form part of a team that allows you to make a difference Newcross Healthcare is seeking dedicated Care Assistants and Support Workers to care for service users with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex care needs living in their own homes within Norwich, Long Stratton, Thorpe St. Andrew, Poringland, Wroxham, Brundall and the surrounding areas.Additional opportunities are available for applicants to obtain full time hours. What will I do As a Care Assistant or Support Worker, you will care and support our service users with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. You will provide assistance with personal care, clinical requirements, posture care, feeding and PEG care, meal preparation, social activities and any additional services needed.It is highly desirable that you have experience caring for service users with challenging behaviour.If you have a NVQ2 / SVQ2 in Health and Social Care or working in a supporting role you could be fast tracked through our recruitment process.
