Are you experienced within Training Have fantastic people development skills Look no further!Our client is seeking full time permanent Trainer to join their successful growing company based in Norwich city centre.The Role:This role is responsible for designing, developing, delivering and evaluating interactive and impactful training and development solutions to the contact centre team using a mix of face to face and virtual training and development mediums.The Role: Create engaging and interactive training and development solutions for all frontline members of staff, Seniors and Team Leads, using different approaches and incorporating the latest learning practice wherever possible Ensuring solutions are designed with the values of the company firmly in mind so that trainees understand both what to do and the ways in which we want them to do it. Organise and run a range of training events on an individual and group basis for Sales, Post Order & Aftercare Teams using classroom, online and blended learning Working closely with the management team, keeping up to date with all process changes and translating these into learning and development solutions which will engage and enthuse the existing team and new entrants to the business Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development, making continuous improvements to the material and structure of training programmes and learning academy platforms Identify training and development needs through data analysis, observation and regular consultation and interaction with business managers and the People Team. Working with the Retail Training manager to understand where training and development can be improved across both customer touch points. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through testing, observation and discussions. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met Keep up to date with developments in training, learning and development To actively participate in performance and development reviews.Why You Ability to create the conditions that allow others to grow and develop, explaining things in simple terms, providing fair and accurate feedback.
