Call Centre Agents - temp 3 months £13.14 per hour - NorwichInsurance company is seeking experienced Call Centre Advisors to support their Motor Insurance team at their offices in Norwich.These are temporary positions to start by 10thJune 2024 for an initial 3-month period and will pay £13.14 per hour.Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week.The roles will initially be office based, then moving to hybrid once trained.The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for answering inbound calls to support customers with non-complex queries and guide them to the appropriate onward claims journey.The successful Call Centre Advisor will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
