As a Business Development Manager, youll be at the forefront of my client’s efforts, driving growth and shapingtheir market offering. Are you ready to make a significant impact Can you take charge of a diverse range of sales initiativesIn this role, you will:Oversee Commercial Sales Functions:Build and nurture networks, fostering relationships with external agencies and the local business community.Monitor performance and champion new initiatives and products.Support wider marketing objectives by contributing to the annual marketing & sales plan and optimizing internal processes for best practice.Drive Commercial Sales Objectives:Implement the Commercial Sales Strategy, particularly for advertising sales and conferencing/venue hire.Develop a robust lead-generating Sales Strategy.Execute strategic sales plans and initiatives for both new and existing products.Report on KPIs to ensure alignment with my client’s strategic 3-year plan and Income Generation targets.Lead discussions with commercial partners and external agencies.Develop sales tools, web pages, and advertising content.Spearhead the growth of their Business to Business offering, powering their corporate event portfolio.Cultivate network relationships with key stakeholders regionally and nationally, creating additional sales revenue streams.Manage external agency relationships to maximise positive outcomes and contractual obligations.Ensure accurate revenue collection.Supervise the preparation of innovative and creative proposals to attract sponsors for activities and events at all levels.This 12-month fixed term Business Development Manager role sits within my client’s Insight, Communications & Marketing team.
