Business Analsyt (IT) - Fintech Company - Hybrid Working (minimum 3 days in the office, Norwich) - £45,000 per annumThe Role:I have partnered up with a scale-up Fintech Company, which is based in the heart of Norwich. As this company is fast growing, they are now looking for a skilled Business Analsyt (IT)! In this position, you will be responsible for assisitng the support team by providing product or industry insight, knowledge and reviewing the support escalation queue for integrations. You will be reportingdirectly to the Product Owner whilst working with stakeholders, clients, third party technology providers, support, and software development.You will be a key member of the Product team, your working day will be with the developers, testers and other analysts while also building relationships with customers, third party technology suppliers and investment platforms.
