Job Description

A well-established, client focused building surveying consultancy located in Norwich are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their forward thinking Building Surveying team.With a range of opportunities across the country at the moment, the successful Building Surveyor will be joining a consultancy that are in an exciting stage of expansion following a successful start to the year.The Role of the Building SurveyorWith a bias towards project work, the successful Building Surveyor will be responsible for predominantly undertaking a mix of project services inclusive of;

  • Project management (inception to completion)
  • Contract administration
  • Design and specification writing
    • The CompanyA multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy that work across an eclectic range of sectors the building surveying team work alongside a range of property and construction professionals in order to provide an exceptional service to a range of prestigious clients.As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be joining a client focused team that take pride in developing long lasting relationships with their clients and believe in offering a tailored service to all clients.The Building Surveyor
  • BSc of MSc in Building Surveying
  • Ideally MRICS or committed to the APC
  • Experience of managing the delivery of projects
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS project and/or NBS Specification is advantageous
  • Full UK Driving licence
    • In Return
  • £28,000 - £38,000
  • Car allowance (if MRICS)
