Continuous improvement is also vital and we challengeourselves to develop new and innovative ways to improve the services that make a real difference to peoples lives.What youll be doing You will be developing a pipeline of land supply for Broadland Growth Ltd to meet the ambition of delivering 100 residential homes per year. Leading in the design and delivery of complex construction projects by procuring, managing, negotiating, and communicatingwith stakeholders, contractors, agents and, the community to ensure the development meets expectations.You will effectively manage construction contracts in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Works. Provide robust performance management of contactors and consultants, both internal and external. You will build and maintain client relationships and identify newbusiness opportunities. Regularly report to the BGL board and shareholders on the status of projects, finances, progress against business plan and outstanding defects. Whilst, inspiring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring the deliveryof demonstrable high-quality products and services which embrace quality standards.You must have

  • A proven background in project delivery with strong experience of leading and managing large teams and a variety of stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrably effective communication skills with considerable experience in negotiation and presentation.
  • Experience in being a skilled communicator, able to explain our work, influence and build support both internally and externally including working with partners as appropriate.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of strategic development and programme delivery in a complex and political environment.
  • Proven experience with commercially focused and results driven.
  • Strong organisational, budget management and project management experience
  • Ability to achieve results through managing others.
  • Hold a project manager qualification in the relevant field
  • Educated to degree level in the relevant field
  • Budget manager experience
