Job Description

Behaviour Support AssistantWe are currently seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistant to join the team at one of our partner schools in Norwich.The school is a specialist, provision for learners aged 3-19 with a range of SEND needs, including autism, learning difficulties and sensory impairments. They are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant with a passion for education, ideally someone withstrong experience in SEN or working with people with disabilities.Main responsibilities

  • Working 1-1 with pupils within the classroom
  • Helping pupils to access learning, tasks and activities
  • Supporting pupils wellbeing and development
  • Helping the teacher to set up/organise the classroom
