Job Description

Youth Support Worker Better Healthcare are looking for youth workers for a young peoples hostel’s based across Norfolk. The young people within these services have gone through financial hardship, family breakdowns and generally tough times.The role includes:

  • Supporting up to 12 young people aged 16-25 in their own self-contained flats
  • Supporting in day to day activities (daily routines, education/career, appointments, budgeting, cleaning etc.)
  • Teaching life skills and encouraging the young people to become independent
  • Safeguarding the young people
  • Carrying out welfare checks
  • Administrating first aid as and when needed
    • Shifts include long days and sleep ins.Holding a full UK driving license is desirable, but not essential.Benefits include:
