Job Description

R13 are working in partnership with a leading Financial Data Analytics organisation in the recruitment for an experienced Marketing Executive. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role will have a focus on implementing marketing strategy, managing, testing and tracking existing email campaigns.Duties to include:

  • Ensure all email campaigns are broadcast to deadline using internal email marketing software.
  • Use of accurate, up-to-date marketing lists aiming at 100% deliverability.
  • Responsible for implementing tracking and testing all emails
  • Ownership and coordination of annual eComms calendar.
  • Implement email marketing best practice to drive open, click and response rates.
  • Deliver regular campaign reporting and analysis, identifying trends, campaign learnings, and ongoing recommendations to improve email performance.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in delivering valuable customer insight for commercial decisions.
  • Conduct targeted customer research, evaluate results and making recommendations.
  • Administer marketing literature and assisting with customer events.
  • Create bespoke reports and analysis when required.
You will have/be:
  • Previous marketing experience, including ideally management of email campaigns.
  • Demonstratable knowledge of DotDigital email systems.
  • Knowledge of HTML and Google Analytics would be highly advantageous but not essential.
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
  • Analytical with an enquiring mind and not afraid to ask questions.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Understanding and interest in marketing and business development.
  • Excellent online researcher and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and effective time management skills.
  • Possess intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel.
Offices are based in the Norwich city centre, offered salary is £25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience. This is a permanent role working full-time, Monday to Friday.
