As such, they are champions for the creative arts; empowering all of their students tobe valued and productive members of society, with ambitions to change the world.They are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Registrar to join their busy and dynamic team to support and maintain the Universitys Student Record System and Web Portal.The postholder will make a significant contribution to the assessment of system requirements and implement changes to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of reports for statutory returns including HESA Data Futures, Unistats and HESES.You will be responsible for producing detailed and accurate reports on student data to stakeholders to aid decision-making and performance, requiring the successful candidate to be self-motivated with experience of analysing and evaluating complex datasets.A key element of this role will be to ensure there is a good alignment between policy, process and systems in relation to student visa compliance, working as part of a team, providing advice to applicants and students.You will possess excellent all-round communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously. A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential tothis role. You should have experience of working in a demanding environment with strict deadlines.This vacancy is based within the Registry Services Team, who manage a wide range of processes and systems supporting applicants, students and graduates.Applications are actively invited from suitably qualified candidates with either a first degree or equivalent qualifications/experience in a similar role.
