Job Description

Opportunity to join our commercialbuilding team supplying quality replacement UPVC Window and doorsto the housing authorities and public sector - the role reports direct to the Commercial Director and will include:

  • Assist with Q.S function within the team managing the companys contractual and commercial interests within its contracting activities
  • Prepare accurate reporting of the financial position of given projects and maximise profitability
  • Identify any financial risks and highlight
  • Contribute to the preparation of the Divisions business plans
  • Oversee the placing of any sub-contracts
  • Prepare any loss and Expense claims
  • Attend regular progress meetings with clients
  • Provide clients with budgetary information and cashflow forecasts
  • Manage and be responsible for the measurement, drawings instructions and actual work on site
