Are you an experienced Asset Data Capture administrator looking for a new challenge Do you hold a EUSR SHEA Gas Passport and have experience with Data Collector and GPS SoftwareWere seeking a highly organised individual to join our successful, national gas distribution client in Norwich. In this role, youll be providing comprehensive administrative support to the Asset Data Capture Team and Manager.This role includes frequent travel, so a driving license is required.Job specificationAs Asset Data Capture Support, you will be required to facilitate, co-ordinate and administer projects within the team. You will also:* Ensure visual on-site visits are carried out on existing and new gas mains/assets that are being worked on by the operational teams throughout the various workstreams* Work closely with operational colleagues to produce electronic drawings/span sheets of the site visits* Ensure records for completed works are accurately captured to the required standard and returned to the Asset Data Team within appropriate prescribed timelines* Ensure site visits are carried out for existing and new gas mains/assets while pipes are exposed, ensuring Operational colleagues are notified of any DR4 requirements, Shallow Mains Deviations, Stub Ends, Valve/Governor Cards or Deviations from Design, includingany H Code findings via Ctrl HUB forms* Identify and escalate any discrepancies to the Team Leader, the Asset Data Team & Customer Operations, where appropriate* Comply with all HS&E procedures-use the appropriate work equipment and personal protective equipment and participate proactively in achieving HS&E objectives including Process Safety & Lone Working Activities* Review and apply analysis of Performance and Quality MI Systems Feedback e.g. Allocated Reports, Whereabouts, DCT Performance Statistics* Ensure all information within project packs for each street is complete and accurate and is submitted using relevant systems* Complete site photos & logs to support DR4s, shallow mains, stub lengths against REP2, where appropriate* Liaise directly with Site Managers and operational colleagues to ensure accurate data is captured* Complete H Code App to notify of any hazards* Record any details for Digitisable Services / Connections, inclusive of CSEP activities* Ensure Mains Test Certificates are appropriately referenced* Support with Service Compliance Activities (Domestic/Non-Domestic), Plant Protection, DR/8 Compliance, CSEP Mapping Assistance* Liaise with Site Manager to advise where there is a need for Records of Asset Errors (DR4/RbP and supporting information), valve cards and/or governor cards, syphons and other appropriate plant items to be recorded, DCT Calendars, Whereabouts Activities andAllocated Reports (ensuring they are included on drawings)* Maintain and manage Site Visit Logistics (Appropriate for Data Capture)* Ensure the abandonment dates for each section of pipe on all project streets are correctly recorded* Ensure Routine Operations (ROs) / Non-Routine Operation (NROs) are appropriately referenced for all assets laid and assets abandoned* Ensure Live Insertion Works are captured accurately with coordination with Operations. * Ensure Pipe Protection & Cathodic Protection are referenced appropriately.Were looking for individuals who hold the following qualifications, skills and experience: * Hold a EUSR SHEA Gas Passport* Have experience with Data Collector and GPS Software* A full UK driving licenceBenefits* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays* Holiday buy and sell option* Generous pension scheme, double matched up to 12% * Electric vehicle scheme/cash alternative * Opportunity to earn an annual bonus * Private medical insurance available through flexible benefits programme * Flex Benefits include a cycle to work scheme, salary sacrifice, car scheme, insurances, and healthcare packages * My Offers membership card - offering discounts and savings from hundreds of retailers * Access to Occupational Health Services including employee assistance programme which offers confidential counselling * Support with financial wellbeingDo you like the sound of this position If you have the experience and qualification listed above then we want to talk to you.
