Job Description

Asbestos Surveyor£28,000 - £32,000 + BenefitsNorwich, East AngliaOur client is a well-established, UKAS accredited Environmental Consultancy who are specialists in providing a wide range of Asbestos Management and Water Hygiene services to a large client base across the UK and afar. In 2014, they experienced a massivecompany expansion, creating new laboratories and excellent training facilities, therefore increasing their employee capacity. Today, they are a market leading cross compliance consultancy and are on the lookout for highly skilled Asbestos Surveyors to jointeam in East Anglia.Asbestos Surveyor Duties:

  • Undertaking Demolition, Refurbishment and Management surveys across a range of residential properties
  • Accurately recording data using PDAs and generating precise reports in a timely manner
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ensure all work carried out is in line with HSG: 264 guidelines.
Essential Requirements:
  • BOHS P402 (or RSPH3) qualified
  • Full UK driving license
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years industry experience in asbestos surveying
  • Excellent working knowledge of the health and safety legislation regarding asbestos
  • Proven track record of completing all types of asbestos surveys
  • Good level of IT and numeracy skills
