Job Description

Area Manager - Estate AgencySuffolkOn target earnings of £70,000 - £80,000 - Career Progression - Company Car or AllowanceYou must have a full UK driving licence to apply for this role.William H Brown Estate Agentsare part of The Connells Group, one of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services providers in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an AreaManager to be covering the Suffolk Area,one of our most successful parts of the country where we have a strong market share and established highly competent team in place.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a number of estate agency branches across the Suffolk area
  • To lead and sales manage to teams across a number of KPIs
  • Carry out regular one to ones with Branch Managers and other sales staff
  • Work closely with Area Managers in other disciplines such as mortgage services and lettings
  • Train, coach and develop first class estate agents
  • Recruit new and experienced staff to the business
About you:
  • Estate agency experience is essential
  • The role is ideal for an experienced and successful Branch Manager looking to grow their career further or an Area Manager already overseeing multiple branches
  • Strong leadership skills and needed and the ability to build and maintain great relationships with staff
  • You will need to offer a high level of commitment and be able to work to targets across a number of KPIs
  • A high level of energy and passion are required to be successful in this role
  • You must have a full driving licence.
