Job Description

Architectural Technician / TechnologistA truly exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join one of the UKs leading independent Architectural Design and Consultancy Service providers based in Norfolk area. Our client over the years has been fortunate to build afantastic portfolio of clients and projects throughout Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk areas whiles maintaining incredible reputation, excellent service, efficiency, and passion to each and every project.Due to continues growth and success of the business, we are looking to speak with Architectural Technician or Technologist who has a desire to showcase the determination, eager to progress along with willingness to contribute to this fantastic business.Main requirements for the successful Architectural Technician / Technologist:

  • Taking projects from planning approval and completing working drawings and details
  • Assist with technical drawings, liaison with building control, contractors and clients
  • To ensure projects continue to move forward following design and planning, and discuss projects with various consultants and clients
  • Minimum 3 years experience in residential architecture
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations
  • Knowledge of robust details, U-Values, and technician details
  • CIAT Registered preferable but not essential.
  • Experienced in designed residential properties
  • Proficient with AutoCAD and CRM software
  • Fantastic drawing presentation
  • Comfortable coordinating with contractors, consultants, clients and planning departments
  • Confident communicator
  • Some knowledge of planning policy both locally and nationally

  • £30000- £40000 per annum + company bonus scheme based on annual profit
