Reed are pleased to be working with a local council based in Norwich recruiting for an ASB Case Officer on a temporary contract for 10 weeks, possible longer. The role can be working full-time or part-time.The Anti-Social Behaviour Team has a temporary ASB Case Officer Vacancy. They are looking for people with proven anti-social behaviour casework experience, ideally from a District Council level.The ASB Officer will have experience of;* Receiving and triaging reports of anti-social behaviour* Meeting with victims and witnesses to secure witness statements.* Interviewing alleged anti-social behaviour perpetrators.* Delivering informal and formal ASB interventions.* Preparing ASB case files for legal action including statements and exhibits.* Engaging with the community to encourage the reporting of anti-social behaviour and providing appropriate advice.* Working with partners to develop effective solutions to community safety and anti-social behaviour issues.* Identifying safeguarding concerns, making appropriate referrals and engaging with social care practitioners.The successful must hit the ground running and have experience of dealing with notices and orders.It is estimated that the temporary position will be for 10 weeks but likely to be extended.In order to undertake the role Reed will need to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check.Please apply online or contact Maxine or Andrea on or email
