NR1 Creatives is a busy theatrical agency representing non-performing creatives -directors, designers, choreographers, lighting, video, and sound designers - who workpredominantly in opera, theatre, dance and film. We are based in Norwich, 10 minutes walkfrom Norwich Station.We are looking for a full time Agents Assistant. The role centres around administrationsupport of two busy agents, so we are unable to offer working from home. In house trainingwill be provided. Following on from an initial interview we will provide a short task-basedassessment.Responsibilities would include, but not limited to:- Providing full administration support to two agents- Answering the telephone and fielding calls- Client and agent diary management- Letter writing - Invoicing and assisting with payments - General administration duties, including photocopying, filing, printing, postPerson Specification:- Excellent organisational and communication skills- Forward thinking and can-do attitude - Confident and professional telephone manner - Proficient skills in Word and Excel - Updating our internal database - A flexible approach to work with a good sense of humourWe are committed to diverse, inclusive recruitment, regardless of disability, race, age,colour, national origin, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other basis.Salary: £19,000 per annum, 35 hours a week (9.30am to 5.30pm)Benefits: four weeks holiday per annum, plus statutory holidays, and Christmas holidayclosure.Location: Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich.
