Job Description

A lovely role in a professional buisness in Norwich where you will be dealing with import and export requirements. Training is provided in compliance, import and export.This is initially a TEMPORARY role.THE JOB!To perform a wide variety of administrative support tasks in order to perform custom clearances and assist with compliance auditsRESPONSIBILITIES!To gather and process data in relation to the customs clearance of incoming and outbound goodsTo liaise with couriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments.To periodically assist in conducting audits of compliance processes to ensure execution of compliance standardsShould compliance issues arise to report them to your managerInteract frequently with the UK Compliance officerInteract frequently with business approved freight couriers and clearance agenciesInteract and communicate with internal stakeholdersYOU!Have moderate Excel capabilitiesSome administration experienceBe confident when communicaiting with others
