Job Description

Are you looking for work and can commit until end of March 2023 possibly longerMy client is looking candidates who are happy to either work in the office full time or dynmaic work and wrk from home 2 days a week.Asbestos requestsDownloading surveys, sending them to contractorsAsbestos removal requests to DCUKCalling residents to check repairs are still needed, updating spreadsheets accordinglySending work requests to BreyerAttend meetings and take minutes as neededUpdating Void spreadsheet, assisting Ben as necessaryResponsive fire doorsAdd doors to list as and when they are raised with me.Book asbestos surveys as needed and track when surveys are completed and availablePass to Breyer.Arrange removals of asbestos as needed in co-ordination with BreyerTrack progress of works and chase with the contractor if work is not done.Ensure any prioritisation of doors is communicated to the contractor.FRA backlogCollate and sense check data as received.Clarify nature of works to be completed and prioritisation of works.Maintain spreadsheets detailing current works that make up the backlog.Pass works to contractor as required to be completed.Request asbestos surveys and track them to completion then pass to contractorArrange asbestos removals as required in co-ordination with contractor.Update trackers for works as they are booked in and completed.Follow up on works due to be completed with contractors.Assist contractor with any issues with completing works including:This is a full-time position working 37hrs a week and is temporary until 31st March 2023£10-£13 per hourIf interested in this wonderful opportunity, please apply or call Andrea or Maxine
