Job Description

R13 Recruitment are excited to be supporting a global financial services company in their search for a Business Administrator to join them in Norwich. Delivering imperative administrative support you will undertake duties such a redwing tenancy schedules,managing documents, enhancing internal systems to maintain accurate EPC data.This is a part time, permanent role working 28 hours per week. The offered salary for this opportunity is £21,000 per annum.Benefits

The day to day
  • Thoroughly reviewing tenancy schedules, updating records and obtaining necessary documentation.
  • Managing documents, guaranteeing the timely deposition of all deeds and documents to align with GDPR regulations.
  • Facilitating the return of all property related deeds and documents to borrowers on previously repaid loans.
  • Updating internal systems to record EPC data and acquire any missing information.
You will have/be
  • Previous administrative experience is desired.
  • Excellent analytical, origination and communication skills.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Office 365.
