Are you seeking a work from home position Maybe you would like some flexibility on where you work, whether it be in the office or at home.If thats the case then our client is seeking someone who has experience in general admin for a full time, temporary position.If you find that you are confident on the phone, good at good computer skills and know how to use excel, outlook & teams then this position might fit you.What would the job role entailYour job will be reporting to the East of England Contract Management Team (CMT) and provide support in the process of referrals raised by Probation Practitioners for People on Probation. You will be using their inhouse database to clear the backlog of contracts.The role would include:You will be liaising with staff ,providers, service providers, CMT and Probation PractitionersMaking calls with staff and occasionally with Service Users.You will access the Probation Case Recording System (nDelius) to support requests from external providers for change information/ missing on referrals, to seek information that would be direct from the Probation Practitioners.To take action on referrals which would include updating notes, status and terminating agreed referrals.Support data gathering on referral status, issues that arises in different probation officers and providers services.The role is £9.69 an hour and national minimum wage applies to under 25s. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for a total of 37 hours a week with a 30 minute break a day.Please note: If you are successful to gain the position that you may need to attend the office for training in any of the regions ( Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambs, Beds, Essex, Herts, Northants)If successful the role will be subject to security and referencing checks.Apply online today to be considered for this position and if shortlisted, we will be in contact within 5 days!
