Job Description

My client is looking for a well-rounded backlog repairs administrator to join their teamDuties will include

  • Updating R&M master spreadsheet
  • Asbestos requests to Penningtons
  • Downloading surveys, sending them to contractors
  • Asbestos removal requests to DCUK
  • Calling residents to check repairs are still needed, updating spreadsheets accordingly
  • Sending work requests to Breyer
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as needed
  • Updating Void spreadsheet, assisting Ben as necessary
Responsive fire doors
  • Add doors to list as and when they are raised with me.
  • Book asbestos surveys as needed and track when surveys are completed and availablePass to Breyer.
  • Arrange removals of asbestos as needed in co-ordination with Breyer
  • Track progress of works and chase with the contractor if work is not done.
  • Ensure any prioritisation of doors is communicated to the contractor.
FRA backlog
  • Collate and sense check data as received.
  • Clarify nature of works to be completed and prioritisation of works.
  • Maintain spreadsheets detailing current works that make up the backlog.
  • Pass works to contractor as required to be completed.
  • Request asbestos surveys and track them to completion then pass to contractor
  • Arrange asbestos removals as required in co-ordination with contractor.
  • Update trackers for works as they are booked in and completed.
  • Follow up on works due to be completed with contractors.
