Job Description

The Accounts Payable officerrole provides the opportunity to join a fast paced vibrant finance team for a business with a t/o in excess of £250m. The role is a real opportunity to grow and progress your career with the Company as you buildon your knowledge and skills. This is a development opportunity where duties will increase alongside study progression on AAT qualification. This role reports direct theAccountsPayable Manager and key duties will include:

  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Reconcile GRNI and purchase orders
  • Supplier query resolution
  • Assist with payment process
  • Ad hoc reporting when required
  • Strong data input experience with attention to detail
  • Training and support will be offered
What We Need
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Experience of accounts payable function
  • Intermediate to advanced use of Excel

  • Highly organised, logical with a practical approach and able to prioritise
  • Ability to build, develop and maintain supportive and constructive working relationships
  • Approachable, good listener
  • Act with integrity, honesty and discretion.
