Job Description

R13 are proudly supporting a fantastic business in their recruit for an Accounts Administrator to join their growing team. This is a diverse role where you will be responsible for invoicing, reconciliations, account preparation and other ad-hoc duties as required.Based in Dereham, this is a full time/part time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, The offered salary for this position is £25,000 (pro rata).The companyThey are multi award-winning, family run organisation in the international travel sector.   • Managing and processing invoices.
  • Reconciliation of company bank accounts, and assisting with month, and year end reconciliations.
  • Ensuring company accounts are kept up to date.
  • Preparing management information as requested.
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc duties, as required.
You will have/be:
  • Experience in an accounts role, with strong working knowledge of Excel and Sage 50.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively.
