REED are exclusively working with a growing organisation just outside of Norwich, who offer a market-leading solution, recruiting for the position of Customer Service Account Manager to join the team.Permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday 9am -5pm (although 8am-4pm could be considered).This role is responsible for managing Customer Accounts as well as handling new enquiries and upselling additional solutions.We are also looking for someone who speaks fluently in ENGLISH AND either HUNGARIAN or BULGARIAN, to look after some customer accounts within the UK and European market.You must be a driver due to the location of the office.Responsibilities- Handling inbound customer enquiries as well as following up online enquiries, answering queries and promoting the companys services, signing up customers to work with the company- Administrative tasks and accurately processing customer information, as well as working with other teams to ensure that customers receive an excellent service and their records are set up in a timely manner.- Managing new leads/enquiries, upselling/promoting other services where possible- Account Management of existing customers, keeping in touch with customers, providing high standards of customer service and strong relationships- Managing emails and communications- Meeting company objectives and key performance indicatorsRequirements- Existing Customer Service/Account Management/Customer Administration experience- Confident, professional and friendly telephone manner- Ability to upsell and identify opportunities- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships- Collaborative team working skills- Strong IT skillsPackageSalary of £21,000Bonus potential (uncapped)25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy or sell an extra 5 daysFriendly working environmentFree onsite ParkingThe opportunity to work with a successful growing organisationRegular Social Events/Team BuildingPlease apply online as soon as possible with your up-to-date CV if youre interested.
