Job Description

Fantastic opportunity jo join an award winning company in the financial financial services industry. Our client is looking for a full-time Partner Development Executive in Norwich.This is a partner development role, reporting to the Head of Growth and supporting the wider commercial teams in identifying, executing and optimising commercial growth opportunities across our portfolio of verticals and partners. You will play an integral part in helping develop each vertical, ensuring we are maximising customer acquisition opportunities for our partners whilst delivering against revenue targets and ROI.The RoleYou will be supporting the Head of Growth in achieving the revenue and growth targets across our advertiser and publisher partnerships. Working collaboratively with the vertical managers and commercial stakeholders to identify areas for commercial growth across a portfolio of advertiser partners and verticals.

  • Attend client meetings to ensure all opportunities for our advertiser partnerships are presented and discussed to ensure optimisation of budgets and ROI are achieved for mutual success.
  • Planning, identifying and successfully onboarding new advertisers across a broad range of verticals and products to deliver against commercial targets and ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with affiliate networks and media agencies to unlock new advertiser opportunities t
  • Responsible for the ongoing relationship, account management and optimisation of publisher partnerships, ensuring all relevant growth opportunities are identified.
  • Driving improvements of internal processes and enhancements including, a structured process for prospecting and onboarding of new partners, tracking and reporting efficiencies, campaign management and content promotion.
  • You are someone who:
  • Is a strong communicator and is well versed in engaging with and presenting to clients
  • Self-motivated and can work autonomously
  • Analytical and able to crunch data, strong excel skills essential
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Is process driven and possesses high attention to detail
  • Excels at time management, prioritisation and handling multiple tasks at once
  • Your Experience:
  • 3 – 5 years in a client facing, account management role
  • Strong track record of building and cultivating relationships with partners across a range of verticals
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with other digital marketing channels, i.e. affiliate marketing, financial services a plus but not essential
