Job Description

Sales Order Processor / Account Executive required for a well-established packaging manufacturer based in Norwich. You will be handling incoming and out coming calls, emails, queries, and orders from existing and new customers.Account Executive / Sales Order Processor - Packaging Position Overview

  • Retain and manage existing customer relationships
  • Receive customer orders
  • Provide accurate information for estimating, production, reprographics, and technical department
  • Artwork management
  • Technically review artwork with the Operations Team
  • Job bag creation for production following strict process controls
  • Distribute accurate information internally and externally to fulfil customer requirements
  • Customer liaison regarding price, lead-time, and delivery destination
  • Stock management
  • Critical delivery date management
  • Raise purchase orders for raw material and outwork services
Account Executive / Sales Order Processor - Packaging Position Requirements
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Previous experience processing orders
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Mixture of commercial/customer services experience
  • Experienced within a manufacturing environment (ideally packaging)
Account Executive / Sales Order Processor - Packaging Position Remuneration
  • Salary Circa £25k dependent on experience
  • Hours 37.5 - 9:00am -5:00pm
  • Pension
  • Holiday
