Job Description

Rthirteen are currently supporting a growing creative agency in their search for an Account Executive. This role has both a strategic and commercial focus and will involve you carrying out marketing analysis, gaining an understanding of client needs, identifysuitable solutions and actioning these, alongside seeking new revenue opportunities and providing support to the Account Manager,The successful applicant will possess plenty of self-drive, work well in a team and can demonstrate solid brand and commercial selling skills. This is a challenging, yet highly rewarding, position that offers the chance to work with exciting brands and progressin your career.Duties to include:

  • Proactively contacting clients via the telephone to sell advertising solutions from within the portfolio of print, digital and content products.
  • Gaining a strong understanding of your client base and their brand to identify suitable advertising solutions.
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities and sectors to target.
  • Forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Developing annual sales planning and strategy with revisions throughout the year.
  • Carrying out competitor analysis to gain an understanding of competitors brands across print and digital.
  • Working closely with other internal teams on new initiatives and new digital products.
  • Liaising with production, editorial and design to deliver quality work for clients.
  • Providing support on chasing orders, artwork, and invoices.
  • Providing support to the Account Manager.
You will have/be:
  • Proven track record of success within a sales environment.
  • Previous experience in a client driven role such as sales, business development or account management.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to confidently liaise across all business levels and develop strong working relationships internally/externally.
  • Good influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the personal motivation to perform your role to the highest standards.
  • Effective under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer literate with an understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative working style with a desire to learn and grow in the industry
This is a full- time permanent role, working Monday - Friday, from offices based in the centre of Norwich. This role offers hybrid working, requiring 1 day in the office per week. The offered salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experienceplus a generous commission structure.
