Business Development ExecutiveJob description, July 2022We are working with an extremely exciting and popular publication that comes in a Digital form and has a prestigious print copy!We are after a New Business Hunter, a Business Development Executive to sell Membership, Events and Subscription services to big attractive brands. Do you have experience in selling to large corporate clients The location of the role will be Harrow/Northwood/Pinner/WestLondon.This is an established venture that already has the "Popularity" and the good reputation as it has run for over 28 years! We now after another Business Development Manager to add to our team! You will be selling: A 12 months Membership An opportunity for the client to be published in the prestigious Publication A chance to support & help market the brand, selling business intelligence and research You will be encouraging clients to come to our popular events and business conference which includes, private dining, workshops and regular networking calls with Heads of Marketing and Branding Executives.Responsibilities: Identification and contact of potential prospects within allocated sales area Generate New Business opportunities with phone calls - to Meeting You ideally will be on meetings closing business and 1 day a week in the office is required Respond to provided sales leads and referred prospects in a timely manner Meet with prospects to present their services Identification of ways that this brand can benefit potential customers Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new business in accordance with personal sales targets as set from time to time Regular contact with personally generated customers Achieve the minimum sales standards as communicated by the company from time to time Liaison with Commercial team to ensure opportunities are quoted accurately Set up new accounts in adherence to account set up procedures Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports as required Attend and participate in Sales and other internal meetings when required Attend Trade shows and other corporate events Implement and maintain personal self-generated prospect lists Ensure that the CRM system is up to date with all lead/opportunity information Maintain and update customer files Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requestedWe are after someone who: Has sold to LARGE corporate clients in the past or working in Branding and Marketing is a plus! Selling a service is important if you know how to get in front of large brands Experience in selling to Brand Managers, Marketing Mangers and CEOs is advantageous Someone who is not afraid to cover the UK as a Territory Driven, Intelligent and motivated to be successfulWe are looking for someone with a proven track record of New Business Sales successes they have brought on themselvesWe are after a closer! leads will be provided for you also + your own leads.Please note there will be a Lead Generation team who will book you appointments so really after someone who will close these off!If you feel you are right for this role, then please do apply!
