As a Senior Warehouse Operative at Lidl, you will help run the shift, trainnew starters and contribute your ideas on how to optimise warehouse processes to improve our supply chain.   • Perform general warehouse operative duties e.g. Intake checks, picking goods, processing store returns
  • Assist with daily shift management
  • Promote efficient working methods / highlight inefficiencies
  • Support warehouse operative training & mentoring
  • Support inventory control methods
  • Promote high warehouse standards
