About You The Process Technician is responsible for supporting the day-to day Tissue Machine 3 process through firstly completion of critical and routine Process checks, checking centre lines to deliver an optimised Tissue Machine process. The Role Delivery of Key metricsfor Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost Working with and engaged in all of KC’s Safety, Quality & Delivery systems, and processes. Prioritising of process related activity on a day to day basis Execution of Process Health Checks Maintaining and coaching of Centrelining systems Facilitate the creation of work aids, forms, work instructions for the training of crews and asset teams Maintaining document control systems (ETQ), Key connection between shift teams and asset teams Supporting and execution of trial activitySupporting of Simple Problem Solving (SPS) activities on asset, process, product and quality Delivery of the Quality targets on assets, by coaching and intervention Assist in the Development of process and product Supporting project activity with process andtechnical input Engaging with mill teams and operating teams to foster a Run to Target (RTT) culture via role modelling and operating systems Upskilling across technologies and areas within the mill Education and experience requirements A minimum of a HNCin a Science or Engineering discipline or relevant work experience with experience in a continuous process, preferably in tissue/paper. Numerate and computer literate Background in FMCG environment desirable Detailed and focused individual with an abilityto deliver reproducible testing against Standards Ability to developing and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Ability to communicate information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups ina manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
