Job Description

Night Security ConciergeSalary £23,2124 on 4 off8pm – 8amOur national client in the are currently recruiting for a Night Security Concierge to support adults / young people living in supported accommodation. Duties:

  • Ensure premises are secure.
  • Monitor CCTV
  • Maintain accurate incident logs.
  • Consult with emergency services.
  • Complete health and safety checks
  • Interact with tenants and visitors.
  • Provide friendly customer service.
  • Reporting antisocial behaviours
  • Ensure residents and visitors sign in and out.
The Candidate:
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Able to deal with situations in a calm and resilient manor.
  • Able to work alone and in a team.
  • Good people skills
  • Sympathetic and empathetic
  • Knowledge of issues faces by vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • COSHH trained.
  • First Aid Qualifications
  • Relevant work experience
  • A good general level of education
