Job Description

After a record breaking 2019, we are continuing to grow the US Telemarketing Team in 2020! Our next start date has been confirmed as 1st April, so please apply ASAP.What youll be doing:As a US Telemarketing Consultant you will be calling business owners in America who have registered their interest in a product or service through MVF’s own marketing material- this means that all of our leads are warm!On your calls, you will build rapport and ask open questions so you can understand and identify business needs. No two calls will be the same as no two businesses are the same! Once you have understood the business requirements, you will cross sell additional products or services helping that business and MVF grow.About you: You will

  • Have worked in a sales environment previously where you will have focused on needs based selling- this can be face to face or on the phone
  • Have worked with international customers- if you have sold products to the US market, even better!
  • Be both target and quality focused- as we work on a pay per lead model, we need to make sure that we are sending our clients leads that are likely to convert
  • Always be looking for ways to improve- as we are always introducing new products and services, we are looking for someone who can grow with us!
    • About the US Telemarketing Team:As a US Telemarketing Consultant you will be based in our newly refurbished Contact Centre in Kentish Town. We have over 100 people working across Telemarketing, B2B, B2C and Customers Services and Requalification. In February we made our first hires into the US Telemarketing Team and we now have over 20 people calling the US! Both our Telemarketing Team Leader started on the phones at MVF and with our ambitious growth plans in 2020, it is a great time to be joining us.What will happen next
  • There is no closing date for the US Telemarketing Consultant position as we hire as soon as we have found the right person- for this reason please submit your application ASAP!
  • Your application will be reviewed and if suitable, you will complete a telephone interview
  • If successful, you will be invited to our offices for a telephone role play and face to face interview
  • We will update you with the outcome of your interview within 48 hours
  • We have our next training sessions scheduled for 1st April
